[Blockchainers Hwang Joo-sang Reporter] ‘Samsung-dong: Accompanying Three Stars’, which will be held for a month from the 27th, is an NFT emerging writer exhibition hosted by the Metaverse Art Blockchain MABC. The digital artists participating in this exhibition are members of the MABC’s run management for the discovery of writers.
In particular, Samsung-dong Gallery 'META' sponsors the exhibition space and collaborates with L Factory's Blue Canvas, making it a meaningful exhibition with hopeful motivation and warmth for emerging artists.
This exhibition is a joint exhibition of three artists every week for one month, and a total of 12 artists participated, presenting real flat works and digital art at the same time, opening the door to MABC's successful exhibition with speciality and diversity.
Mi-ri Kim, who was in charge of planning this exhibition and operating the MABC Holder Club, said, “I was inspired by the story of the three villages of Bongeunsa, Mudongdo, and Jjadodo merged to become Samseongdong. She hopes that the accompaniment of three different writers will be a meeting of young stars who can present another challenge and possibility.”
Among the participating artists, SIM_MOBY, who is currently working as an NFT artist in Japan, said, “It is meaningful to be able to participate in the exhibition in Korea through NFT. The NFT market, which was created by the convergence of creative art and technology, is helping a lot in quick and active communication between artists and fans.” He also expressed the expectation, “I hope that the domestic activities of overseas artists will become more active through this opportunity.”
In addition, the willingness of participating artists to create new works, such as Purple Rabbit, Kokobi, Mary JJ, Gachi, Metabebe, and Deokyu 18, who announced their new work through this exhibition, stands out.
They are writers who have experience selling out of existing works published in NFT markets such as Opensea.io, and are supporting and supporting them, saying, “Samsung-dong: The Accompaying of the Three Stars has been a great motivation for the creative activities of the artists.” He expressed his feelings about participating in this exhibition, hoping that the sincere expectations and interest of MABC and fans will lead to many viewings.
In response, MABC CEO Lee Geon Yong said, “In the future, we will expand opportunities for new artists to participate in exhibitions and serve as a bridge between established and emerging artists through NFT.” He said that he would come up with a plan for continuous management and support.
